A family with an income of $75,000 in Southern Idaho or the middle of Iowa is probably a lot better off than a family with an income of $100,000 living in San Francisco or New York or, I dare say, Seattle.<BR/><BR/>And of course, we have to raise children who can get into Ivy League schools.
